If you wish to report someone, the first rule is have evidence (suggested video or audio evidence). You can only report LICC members, if you wish to report someone that isn’t a member of the LICC, go to the owner of the group they’re in provided they’re in a group. If they’re not in a group and they violated TOS, report them to VRChat!
